Does blogspot.com pay mileage?
Back on the airwaves, blogging away before I forget all the places I have frequented in the last week. Right where did I sign off last week, oh yeah Cava in my folks gaf, me and Lena managed to polish off two bottles before Siobhs came to collect us to go to the Putch. The Poitin at first resembled an overcrowded crèche, the penny dropped when we saw some HFCS teachers that we were at the graduation of the school, so it was in fact an overcroweded crèche. Gone are the days when you would graduate midweek and go into sports day with a stonking hangover. Saw Mr Hill, but no mawling was done as he went and quick as he breezed in, was chatting to O’Connor who hasn’t changed a bit and is still tapping himself on his back for “getting” me an A in Leaving Cert Geography.
Loads of the Coole Newcastle peeps were there, Gerard “young ones aren’t illegal anymore” Fox, Hughy, Gabi and Murph, The Special One, Marco and I saw Amanda, shes looking great after her travels. Me and Lena then gave the Cava another seeing to, nearly cut ourselves on the glass whilst squeezing it dry.
Saturday evening was an interesting one, Sinead Fitz was having a going away do as she jumped ship to Edinburgh. L That was in her gaf, Betty put on a lovely spread, then it was over to my cousin’s for dinner as Fiona is moving to Paros, all the fam were there and some new adorable additions. Great food by Aunty Mary. Then scooted off back to Dun Laoghaire, collected Paula- my new housemate to be, and off we went down to Delgany to Janes annual bash in her gaf. Great spread by June on for all, I meanwhile skipped pass the nosh for once and into the fruit punch. Miller and Gillser were there, great night and put up in the local B&B which was free cos it was Gills sis gaf so it wasn’t really a hostelry but if it was I would go and stay again.
Sunday was a couch and pizza love affair followed by Test the Nation on BBC1 a great way to pass the evening, especially when one wins!
Tuesday night was after work drinks which went something like this, Searson’s, O’Donoghues, Inn on the Green, Davy Byrnes, Bruxelles and Flans for a mediocre bop. Highlight of the night was Flynch in general, particularly her fondness for singing random songs in Taxis. Home after twelve and even shut the front door- I must be growing up!
Now moving away from the dipso tales and onto items of a more pressing matter. Michael McDowell. You absolute amnesiac performing monkey. Last week it was not an emergency to rush through leglislation for underage sex, this week you are insisting it will be done by the weekend. I imagine your puppetmasters advised you otherwise on the subject. Do you have any concept of the real world? If there was justice in the world you would not have a real job and we, the public would have less headaches. Village Idiot.

Jeez, even the liberal is-it-legal-or-not? tool equation of "half your age plus seven" doesn't even let you near those young ones.
